Account Suspension and Violation Procedures

Right to Restrict: The platform reserves the right to place a temporary freeze on any user account, listing privileges, and associated internal token balances if we suspect a violation of our terms, including non-delivery of items or off-platform trading.
Duration of Review: During an active investigation, the user will be unable to earn, use, or view their internal token balances for up to 30 days while our compliance team reviews the transaction history. [1]
Notification of Hold: We will notify the user via their registered email address when an account is placed under review, unless restricted by law or if doing so compromises an ongoing investigation.

Exploitation and Bugs: Any attempt to artificially manipulate, duplicate, or generate internal tokens through software exploits, bots, or database manipulation will result in immediate and permanent account closure.
External and Off-Platform Trading: Any user found advertising, buying, or selling internal tokens for real fiat currency, external crypto assets, or goods outside the platform on third-party websites or forums will have their account terminated instantly.
Failure to Deliver (Marketplace Fraud): If a user accepts internal tokens but repeatedly fails to deliver the promised goods or services, or explicitly misrepresents their listings to defraud other users, they will face permanent removal.
Collusion and Wash Trading: Accounts that simulate fake transactions or create multiple placeholder listings solely to move internal tokens between users to circumvent platform rules will be flagged and permanently removed from the platform.

Irrevocable Deletion: Upon permanent termination, the internal token ledger balance for that account is set to zero and completely wiped from the database.
Waiver of Claims: The user explicitly waives any legal right to claim monetary compensation or data restoration for lost access to internal tokens following account suspension or termination.
Re-registration Ban: A user whose account has been terminated for token manipulation or marketplace fraud is strictly banned from creating new profiles on the platform. Any secondary accounts found will be closed immediately without a review period.
