Terms of Service: Internal Token Framework

- Accounting Mechanism Only: The internal token is solely an internal, database-managed ledger entry used to measure activity on our platform.
- No Ownership Rights: Internal tokens do not constitute the personal property of the user. They are a feature of the user account provided at the sole discretion of the platform.
- No Monetary Value: The internal token holds no cash value, represents no store of monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency or any external digital asset.
- Revocation Rights: We reserve the right to alter, reset, suspend, or cancel internal token balances at any time without liability or notice.

- Platform Only Allocation: Internal tokens can only be earned through verified activities explicitly authorised and tracked within the platform.
- Prohibition of Direct Transfers: Users are strictly prohibited from transferring, gifting, or selling internal tokens directly to other user accounts.
- Authorised Transactions: Internal tokens may only be utilised to facilitate the acquisition of goods or services listed directly on our platform.
- Anti-Circumvention: Any attempt to exchange internal tokens outside the platform’s automated system will result in immediate account termination.

No Off-Ramps: The internal token cannot under any circumstances be converted, exported, or swapped into any external cryptocurrency, stablecoin or electronic money.
No Trading Desks: Our platform does not provide and will not introduce an exchange facility to swap different variations of internal tokens against one another.
Finality of Use: All transactions completed using the internal token on our platform are final and non-refundable.

No Monetary Compensation: Under no circumstances shall the platform, its parent company, or its affiliates be liable to pay financial compensation, damages, or refunds for any internal token balances held in a user account.
No Value Guarantee: We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that the internal token will maintain any specific purchasing power, utility, or availability within the platform.
Platform Disruption: We accept no liability for any loss of internal tokens resulting from system errors, software bugs, server downtimes, or technical disruptions.

Right to Modify Technical Architecture: We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or alter the underlying database technology supporting the platform at any time.
Loss of Ledger History: In the event of a critical database error or system reset, we shall not be held liable for any loss of accrued internal token balances or historical transaction records.

Forfeiture upon Closure: If a user account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these terms, all accrued internal tokens within that account are permanently forfeited and deleted.
Waiver of Claims: By using the platform, the user explicitly waives any legal right to claim compensation for lost access to internal tokens following account suspension.
